It seems that lately we’ve all become very good at remembering to drink wine/gin/beer… but what about our 2 litres of water a day?! Now more than ever it’s crucial to stay on top of your water game, so we've put together a few easy tips to make glugging through your 2 litres a day a breeze…

cold brew tea

Sweeten up your water with something healthy!

If you’re not keen on the taste of water, or find it a little dull – why not try a cold brew tea? Available in peach & mangolychee & rose and cucumber & apple, simply pop one in your water bottle before you head out the door and… well, that’s it! No waiting for the kettle to boil, no added sugar, no sickly syrups. Oh and they are less than 3 calories per cup – huzzah!

get yourself a nice reusable water bottle

Joseph Joseph collaboration with teapigs

These days there are so many reusable water bottles on the market, meaning there are no excuses to use single use plastic. Why not check out our cold brew starter kit? It features the hugely popular Joseph Joseph ‘dot’ bottle - every time you twist the lid a new dot appears, helping you keep track of how much you’re drinking. We've also popped a sample of each cold brew flavour in there, too!

water with every meal and snack

Hitting the snack cupboard? Get yourself a glass of water too! An easy trick we use to get in a few extra glasses of water, is to make sure we have one with every meal and snack.

challenge your pals

We're all stuck indoors at the moment, but why not set up a step challenge with your friends? Whether it's upping your steps through your 1 hour of daily exercise, doing a home workout, or just by pottering around the house tidying up... the challenge is on! After all, exercise and cleaning is thirsty work!
